Up Close With Three Top HR Products of 2024

At the recent HR Tech Conference, Program Chair Steve Boese had a chance to meet with and dive into the product details with three winners of the prestigious Top HR Products award for 2024.

The Top Products winners represent the leading innovations in HR technology for the year, and are selected by a panel of experts from HR Executive and HR Tech, and can be proud of their recognition as one of the recipients of the top product award in the industry. At the HR Tech Conference, the winners received their awards, and the public acknowledgement of their teams’ hard work, innovation, and customer focus.

During the Conference, Steve met with reps from award-winning companies Experian Employer Services, Paychex, and Paycom to talk about their winning solutions, and celebrate their accomplishments, Check out the winners and their solutions below!

First up, Experian Employer Services who showcased their Compliance Library solution. The Compliance Library helps employers electronically navigate the myriad of employment forms required for workforce compliance across the U.S. The solution is an online, diverse compilation of ever-changing forms covering onboarding to employment to offboarding. Launched to help employers deliver the right forms to the right employee at the right time, Compliance Library addresses the numerous essential tasks that can overwhelm HR teams.

Next, we met with our friends from Paychex, who showcased new innovations in Paychex Flex, including Paychex Flex Perks, a digital marketplace of employee benefits curated to address the needs of today’s diverse, five-generational workforce. Integrated directly into Paychex Flex, the company’s cloud-based SaaS solution, Paychex Flex Perks is tailored to the employee user experience, making it easy and intuitive to enroll in benefits, including access to earned wages, financial wellness solutions and voluntary lifestyle benefits.

Finally, we talked with Paycom, to learn more about their award-winning Paycom Time-Off Requests featuring GONE solution. Paycom Time-Off Requests featuring GONE automated decision-making to balance employee requests, company policies, scheduling conditions and other customizable rules.
