Improving diversity and inclusion at work is imperative in 2021. Organizations tend to focus on race, gender and sexuality. It is also important to share how having mental or physical disabilities impact being included or excluded at work.
H3 HR Advisors is passionate about the connection between Accessibility and Inclusion in the workplace. We created this short 4-5 minute survey as part of our research. While other trends are important, this is one area where ALL organizations can do more to improve the entire employee life cycle.
