HR Happy Hour: Great Resource for HR Professionals

As I meet more practicing HR professionals, recruiters, and consultants in the space, one question always comes up.  They want to know what online resources I recommend for them to follow.  Sometimes my first instinct is to share a favorite blog link or two, but when I think of what will provide:

• Ease of use
• Solid industry information
• Interviews from great thinkers outside the HR industry
• The ability to interact
• Fun, fun, and more fun

I always think of the HR Happy Hour show.  For well over a year now, hosts Steve Boese and Shauna Moerke have been putting together a weekly show for professionals in the HR industry.  And while the underlying tone of the show is all about fun, they really do tackle some of the most challenging issues with leading authors, practitioners, and consultants.  Every Thursday night at 8:00 pm EST/ 7:00 pm CST, you can find them on BlogTalk Radio.  And, if you’re not available at that time, you can download the show on iTunes.  Listen in your car, at work during lunch, at the gym.  Whatever time is convenient for you.
