It’s Monday morning and I’m just back from several days in Austin, TX for Talent Net Live and a bit of SXSW. It was an amazing three days and I’m still digesting all the great ideas I heard. This week, I’ll be sharing thoughts on the Talent Communities panel I was part of, Pinstripe Talent’s Talent Mindset concept, social platforms and networking, and more.
I flew American Airlines and had a great experience. Flying can cause stress and anxiety and I heard a story this morning about an American Airlines flight attendant who let it get the better of her on a flight from Dallas to Chicago. It brings to question whether there should be strict guidelines on flight attendants to ensure they are physically and mentally capable to fly.
