Who's that Girl?
HR Happy Hour with Paul and Trish

I thought I’d write about motivation and incentives, but then I thought better of it. After all, that is a topic that is far larger than a blog post. So, I decided to (hijack) take Steve Boese up on his offer to have me host a HR Happy Hour episode. I immediately recruited THE man when it comes to all things motivation, recognition, and incentives…..Paul Hebert of i2i Consultancy.
Join Paul and I this Thursday as we kick around the role HR has in motivation in an organization. We’ll agree, disagree, debate, maybe even start a gang war on the phones. Who knows. What I do know is this is the show not to miss.
